Showcase Concert

Wednesday, Feb. 9, 7:30 p.m. at Wharton Auditorium

This inaugural concert features Southwestern’s seven Festival Scholarship Finalists. Edwin Choque, Leslie Castellanos, Iago Fernandes, Jean-Paul Fernandes, Halla Kalmansson, Elaine McDonald and Eliann Reinhardt will all perform.

Friday Evening Musical Vespers

Friday, Feb. 11, 8 p.m. at Keene SDA Church

The Festival's Friday evening vespers will feature students from Southwestern’s Department of Music. This concert will have a wide variety of sacred music performed by vocalists, instrumentalists and a few small ensembles.

Saturday, Feb. 12, 11:30 a.m. at Southwestern Adventist University Gymnasium

This unique church service will feature the Festival Choir and Wind Band as we worship together. Dr. Bill Kilgore, Vice President of Spiritual Growth and Development at Southwestern Adventist University, will be the speaker.

Afternoon Sacred Concert

Saturday, Feb. 12, 3:30 p.m. at Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church

This concert will feature Southwestern Music Faculty members John Boyd, Rudyard Dennis, Maria Harmon, Ana Scarone and Jonathan Wall with a few special guest musicians.

Gala Concert at the Meyerson Symphony Center

Sunday, Feb. 13, 7:30 p.m. at Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas

Our Festival concludes with this magnificent concert featuring our Festival Choir, Wind Symphony and Guitar Ensemble. You will also hear performances on the Lay Family Concert Organ and the presentation of the three Festival Scholarship Winners.
