Where do you seek wisdom?
That’s what a university education is all about. Wisdom—not just information.
Southwestern students learn to write well and think logically. They design scientific experiments and master new languages. They prepare for lives of service.
But their ultimate goal is to understand what matters and why. Wisdom.
You will find serious questions at Southwestern Adventist University. But here, in a faith-affirming environment, you will also find answers. You will find “the beginning of wisdom.”
Southwestern is a distinctively Christian school. We are not embarrassed to talk about God’s calling in our lives, or to recognize the evidence that we live in an intelligently designed universe.
You have many choices ahead of you, but choosing Southwestern may be one of the most important.
This is a place to make friends, find mentors, and prepare for a profession. And because it is also a place to meet Jesus, it will be a solid beginning in your search for wisdom.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Proverbs 1:7
