The University Cafeteria’s vegetarian twist on global-fusion cuisine introduces students to world-renowned healthful cooking traditions. Mandy Smith, our executive chef and Director of Food Services, loves to connect people with good food. Visitors are welcome!

Our Menu

Our menu offers a large variety of quality, healthy options within a Lacto-Ovo vegetarian cuisine that includes vegan options and locally sourced fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, and honey. You can find the daily menu here. Accommodations can be made for those with food allergies through Disability Services

Rusty Bucket

The Rusty Bucket Cafe offers a variety of hot freshly prepared menu items, freshly made sandwiches and salads, and vegeburgers. It is especially popular for items such as Breakfast Burritos and made-to-order smoothies. The Rusty Bucket also offers a wide variety of snacks, candy, and beverages.
