The Education and Psychology Department at Southwestern Adventist University invites applications for a full-time faculty position.
Preferred qualifications for the position include (a) an earned a doctorate in Educational Psychology or Secondary Education, (b) evidence of university teaching and research activity, and (c) current and valid state teacher certification and preferred principal certification. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in teaching higher education blended or online classes as well as face-to-face courses, the ability to conduct a focused and sustained program of research and scholarship, and be bilingual. Candidates with a Master’s degree may be considered.

Full-Time Teaching Faculty Position – Religion Department: Assistant or Associate Professor
The Religion Department of Southwestern Adventist University invites applications for a full-time teaching position in Systematic Theology, beginning July 1, 2018. The successful candidate will also have strong research and teaching competencies in Systematic Theology.
The Religion department seeks to prepare biblically-centered pastors and other Christian leaders for ministry who focus on the exposition of the Word of God. Therefore, the successful candidate should have some pastoral experience. The candidate will also be sympathetic to the mission of Southwestern Adventist University, which seeks a distinctive educational and scholarly excellence that is founded on its Seventh-day Adventist philosophy of Knowledge, Faith and Service. The Assistant Cook responsibilities would assist in presenting a quality culinary and dining experience for the University and community. The Assistant Cook would serve under and report to the Director of Food Services. This position would be full-time with a 5-day workweek but would require a 7-day flexible availability. Successful candidate must be able to produce high quality “made from scratch” meals in a high volume & fast-paced environment with minimal assistance.

Assistant to Financial Administration Offices
