We care about your wellness!  We have a variety of events planned, specifically for our community, to help YOU develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Coming this fall, another our effective reversing diabetes program retitled as Wellness Roundtable Reversing Diabetes Program. We can help you address and reverse the effects of diabetes and other chronic illness problems. Many have attended our program in the past two years and we are excited to offer this eight session program once again.
Look for program details to be posted soon. Anticipate a free Info Session and potential start date for early to mid-September.

Wellness Counts: Know. Act Now!

Wellness Counts is a new initiative of the Southwestern Adventist University Department of Nursing in collaboration with the Keene SDA Church, Texas Health Resources Huguley, and Cleburne Hospital representatives. Our mission is to serve our community through providing health education and other activities that promote positive living. Follow us here for postings on services, upcoming programming, and current events.

  • Know your “numbers” - your Blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), blood sugar, cholesterol, stress-level index and other indicators of your current health status.
  • Act on the information we will share with you on how to make healthier choices that will help improve your well-being and enjoyment of life.
  • Now is the time to make changes that will positively influence your relationships with others and improve your outlook on life.
