Jayne Doneskey raised two wonderful teenagers and a large, constantly shedding, black Newfoundland/Lab dog named Shadow. She loves the colors pink, lavender and blue, and enjoys watching romantic comedies and historical documentaries. Jayne most enjoys reading classic literature writers, such as Henry James, Hawthorne, Hemingway, Faulkner, and Jane Austen, as well as biographies about famous people, and religious memoirs. She listens to Irish folk songs, blues, jazz, and contemporary Christian music. Jayne also loves being with friends, walking in gardens, cathedrals, and art museums, going to book clubs, and eating in French, Mexican, and Thai restaurants. She is married to a Southwestern Adventist University English professor and both of her children attend the University.
