I grew up in Arizona and graduated from Thunderbird Adventist Academy in 1996, where I later became the Task Force Dean for the 1998 school year. I went to Southern Adventist University my Freshman year, and was all set to return but in passing through Keene on my way home I fell in love with the people and transferred to Southwestern Adventist University.  After switching back and forth between Theology and Business I finally graduated with a BBA.  The summer before my senior year I married my beautiful wife Cinthia Marie Seitz in June of 2001 who is also an alumni with a Nursing Degree.  My wife and I after eight years of marriage and many complications welcomed our little miracle daughter, Jazmine Marie Seitz into the world in February of 2009.  After I graduated I worked as a Full Time Assistant Dean for two and a half years here at SWAU before moving into the public business sector.  I worked in the Commercial Printing sector and had the pleasure of being an Office Manager, HR Director, Digital Press Developer / Manager, Direct Sales and then the Sales Manager for the largest commercial printer in Fort Worth.  From there I moved to a Flexo Print Packaging company as the VP of Sales and a minority owner.  During the next five years we grew the company from $11 million to $32 million through acquisition and organic growth.  I had the pleasure of managing an amazing team scattered throughout the United States supporting 3 locations.  But living out of Hiltons and constantly hopping on planes began to take a toll and began to feel like it was time to make a change.  I never thought in a million years that I would end up back with my SWAU family.  I truly feel like God led me here and I am excited to bring my outside experience into the Advancement Department.  I look forward to working with my team and helping coach my student workers in hopes they will be better prepared for when they graduate.  If you ever want to hear the entire story or just chat please feel free to give me a call.  Just be prepared when I ask for a donation as your support is critical to this great institution!
