Data Collection Period Begins - All academic departments begin collecting evidence and data for their designated term-based outcomes assessment.
Late October🔍 Check-in Required
Mid-Cycle Progress Review - Mandatory meeting with IRE/Watermark specialist to review data collection progress and ensure departments are on track.
End of Fall Term (December) ⚠️ Mandatory
Evidence Submission Meeting - Required one-on-one session with Watermark specialist to upload departmental evidence and complete assessment documentation.
Assessment Review & Planning - Analysis of submitted evidence, identification of improvement areas, and preparation for next assessment cycle.
