As Data Manager, Davenee leads data strategy and analytics initiatives across all institutional departments, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and informed decision-making. He designs and maintains interactive Power BI dashboards that track key metrics such as student achievement, enrollment, retention, and graduation rates. Davenee manages institutional surveys, course evaluations, and program reviews using Watermark Solutions, while training faculty and staff to leverage data effectively. He also builds custom Argos reports, develops structured data models using SQL and star schema frameworks, and automates reporting workflows. As the web developer for the Institutional Research site, he ensures up-to-date, user-friendly data access that supports transparency and impact.
