Support The Southwestern Fund with A Gift That Lasts

The Southwestern Fund creates a better today and tomorrow by providing critical funds to meet the most pressing needs of the University and our students. Mostly used for scholarship funding, this fund, formerly known as the Annual Fund is used to ensure that the funding gap for essential student and campus needs are fulfilled.

2020 has been a year like no other. In a time of virtual working, mask requirements, and not being able to gather with our loved ones, it’s almost as if everything has changed. While things may continue to change, the simple fact still stands, there is still need. At Southwestern, 84% of our students rely on scholarships to continue their education. We fund these scholarships through our events. With the current pandemic we find ourselves in, we are uncertain that we will be able to have these events. In an effort to help our students continue their education, we have developed the Christmas ornament fundraiser. We have chosen to go with the Mizpah gate because it reminds us that even though we are apart, God is watching over us. By hanging this memento on your tree, not only will you have a piece of Southwestern love, you will be giving a gift that lasts- the gift of education.

To receive the ornament, sign up for a reoccurring gift of $25 a month.

We understand our recent graduates may not have the same means but might still want to help the next generation of SWAU Knights. Therefore, those who graduated in the last ten years may receive the ornament by contributing a $10 monthly gift.
